What size watch for a 7-inch wrist?
A 7-inch (17.8 cm) wrist is the most common size, and it wears a 40–42 mm case best. A 40 mm dress watch will read refined; a 42 mm sports watch will read confident without overwhelming the wrist. If you sit between sizes, let lug-to-lug decide — it matters more than diameter.
